Cancellation and/or Modification of Appointments
The cancellation or modification of an already scheduled appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice will be billed in full, except in duly justified cases of force majeure.
In case of not showing up for the appointment or not having notified with the required advance notice, the medical professional will use the reserved time to review the clinical history, prepare follow-up, or evaluate pending results and tests.

Missed Appointment
Anyone who forgets or does not show up for a scheduled appointment, whether in person or online, will be responsible for the full amount of the reserved service.
The time of the visit will be used by the professional to work on your case, update the medical history, and prepare future consultations.
Late Arrivals
In case of arriving late for your appointment, it must be adjusted to the originally reserved time, in order to respect the schedules of other patients. If the delay is considerable, the professional may determine that there is not enough time to carry out the consultation, considering it as a missed appointment, and it must be paid equally.
